Quality Policy

ICEMEDICS S.L. has implemented a Quality Management System based on UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 13485 standards, covering its activities related to the commercialization of products in the following sectors: personal protective equipment, medical devices, food handling, hygiene, and aesthetics.

Our vision of quality is based on the following principles:

  • Providing a quality product: We are committed to supplying products that comply with applicable legal standards as well as other requirements relevant to their intended use, both within the European Union and in third-country markets.

  • Continuous improvement: We apply process-oriented management, with regular monitoring, evaluation, and analysis of our performance, activities, and processes, ensuring maximum quality while embracing a philosophy of continuous improvement.

This policy will be reviewed periodically by Management and will serve as a reference framework for setting improvement objectives.
